Zio is an Indian origin name meaning “THE BEGININGS”. It is the root of everything, the starting or of something which plays an important role in defining the explications which is sensitive to initial and future conditions.

Ar. Khushboo Wankawala, a graduate from SCET, Surat, Gujarat has been practicing architecture since 2018. The passion for architecture and interiors to create a genuine sense of place – a home or an office that makes you want to stay and settle in. She founded Zio studioInc in 2019 with a strong brief to approach every project with its most originality and a holistic point of view. She has worked on many projects ranging from commercial interiors to residential designs, educational buildings and urban level projects. She follows the idea of the new beginnings for every project to create meaningful, artful spaces for living, growing and connecting. With her dedication every project turns out to add a special character to the space.

ZIO STUDIOINC learns something new with each project they take on. We are constantly building on own design philosophy and implementing advanced techniques and materials. We have a broad range of experience and a great deal of technical skill to provide a solid foundation for all their projects.
